ALL GHEE INGREDIENTS CAN BE REPLACED BY OLIVE OIL OR RAPESEED OIL.  You can also use oils like Sunflower oil. Only use brands that are suitable for cooking and frying.  These are a great alternative healthy option!  Use a lower cooking temperature when frying onions and spices.

Some olive oils are not suitable for cooking and highly like to burn at high temperatures.
